Joe Neal Jr. Charge Thrown Out
Judge James Blanchard stated in open Court about the bogus charge of rape against Mr. Neal, after hearing the false accuser testify on direct examination (who refused to be cross-examined and consented to a dismissal of the rape charge before Mr. Neal could even cross-examine her) “There’s just no evidence, according to the way the Court looks at this…I do not feel the evidence is there…I do not think the evidence is there for the greater charge of rape.” (Transcript of Sentencing, P. 28, Line 25; P. 29, Line 3-4, 6-7). Geoffrey Fogus, Assistant District Attorney, stated in open Court about Mr. Neal’s false accuser “they (Mr. Neal’s attorneys) would have demolished her on cross-examination.” (Transcript of Sentencing, P. 10, Line 7).
Joe Neal Jr. Wrongfully Accused, Victim of Extortion
Joe Neal Jr. was a victim of extortion, pure and simple. The charge against Joe were patently untrue and eventually he was found not guilty on alleged rape charge.
